Ajax and Liverpool Still at Odds Over Luis Suarez

Another round of discussions has seen the Merseyside Club and the Dutch giants come no closer to finding a middle ground. The most recent Liverpool bid is said to be close to £17.5 Million but Ajax and Manager Frank de Boer are holding out for £25 Million.
Suarez himself has reportedly been pleading with the club to let him make the move, but it appears that will not be the case. In a recent press conference following Ajax's victory over NAC Breda in the Dutch Cup, de Boer remarked that "From the bottom of my heart, I hope on Sunday for our next match with NAC that I can call on him."
This sounded like there was light at the end of the tunnel for the Reds and the next comments from de Boer may yet show there is still a slim chance despite the deadline placed on the English outfit to wrap up the discussions by the 28th(Today),
"Liverpool know what they have to pay, if they do it by the weekend then we will have time to take action."
With that said if the move is to be made it will most likely take place in the next 24 hours if at all.
