Fernando Torres Is Negotiating Terms With Chelsea

Fernando Torres, the once loved and now most likely loathed Liverpool No. 9, is in negotiations of personal terms with Chelsea Football Club. Liverpool FC have accepted a reported £50 Million Pound offer that covers the Spanish Internationals buy-out clause in his contract with the Reds.
